Fun Creative 6-Step Process led by a Female Web Designer

Every agency has their own approach to the creative process for website redesign services. You may be wondering, "What is the creative process?" It is literally defined as a "succession of thoughts and actions leading to original and appropriate productions". Creative Compass' creative process includes six fun steps that lead you to a brand you love and want to grow with a female web designer.

Step 1 - Discovery Call with Female Web Designer

The first step in my creative process as a female web designer is to discuss the details and logistics of your project such as timeframe, budget, style, color palette, call to action, vision, website redesign service needs, etc. This call is typically 15 to 30 minutes and no fee is charged for this first step. Step 2 - Custom Proposal

Once your website redesign service needs have been outlined, we'll follow up with a custom proposal tailored to your project. Every website redesign project is unique and Creative Compass strives to collaborate with entrepreneurs of all industries, budgets, and timeframes led by a female web designer. We work with you on payment schedules to make your vision a reality.

Step 3 - Inspiration Board

Now here comes the fun creative part of the website redesign service - the inspiration board! Once the first payment is submitted, we begin gathering inspiration and examples for your website, logo, color palette, fonts, graphics, etc. You will receive a link to this inspiration board using Pinterest to review together on our Kick-Off call described in the next step.

Step 4 - Kick-Off Call

During the website redesign service kick-off call, we review the inspiration board together one section at a time organized by examples for the website, logo, color palette, fonts, graphics, etc. The input derived from this call will be integrated into the design process and from there an initial draft will be created for your review.

Step 5 - Initial Design Draft

The feedback from the kick-off call is noted and taken into consideration during the initial design draft. This step typically takes about one to two weeks turnaround time. Once the logo and/or website redesign desktop and mobile versions are done a Wix feedback link is sent for your input and changes are made.

Step 6 - Website Redesign Launch

After the first round of comments are made on the website redesign, the process continues with more iterations of changes and client collaboration. Once the website is completed, Creative Compass uploads your contact list (we provide you with a Google Sheet contact list template). We then create a website launch graphic and eblast so you can share your new and improved webite redesign with your entire network.
