1. How much do you charge for a new website?
Typically, new websites take about 50 hours to create from start to finish and Creative Compass' hourly rate is $50. Please refer to the Services page for our creative packages and a detailed outline of what is included. A new website would correspond to the web package here. 

2. Will you maintain my website for me?

Yes, however Creative Compass does more than just maintain websites we market them. We are unlike most web development companies which collect an exorbitant monthly fee for vague "maintenance services". For $100, Creative Compass offers businesses monthly marketing services such as email marketing, social media, and SEO services. 3. Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Of course, every website needs to be mobile-friendly and if this is a service you need we can provide it. Contact us for a complimentary consultation to get started. 

4. What is your turnaround time to create a new website?

Creative Compass takes pride in producing quality work in a short period of time. For most new website projects, the time from start to finish is one month depending on the client's availability and responsiveness.

5. Which platform will the website be hosted on?

As a Wix Icon Partner completing over 20 websites, Creative Compass prefers utilizing Wix as a website creation platform but we are capable of assisting with other tools including Square Space, Shopify, GoDaddy, etc.  

6. Will I be able to makes updates to the website myself once it’s finished?

Absolutely, after every website is completed we offer an hour-long training session to clients covering all aspects of the website and integrated marketing features. Here is the Wix Website Training agenda for your reference. 

7. How many pages is included with my website?

Any project you have in mind is possible and a custom proposal will be provided tailored to your business needs. It's standard to have an about section, contact form, photos, services, products, and gallery if applicable. This can be accomplished in a single landing page with navigation anchors or a more robust multi-page website.

8. What is your process to creating my website?

Our creative process is a collaborative one and begins with a casual discovery call to learn your website design needs and catch a glimpse of your brand design vision. After the call, you will be provided with a custom proposal outlining all the details. A 50% deposit is paid and the work begins with a month turnaround time frame. 9. What if I already have a website, how easy is it to get a website redesign done?

Website redesign services is one of Creative Compass' specialty. We refresh your current website with Wix including a new layout, photos, revised content, graphics, fonts, color palette, etc.

10. Is SEO included with my website when you create it?

Yes, SEO is included with every website we create including keyword optimization, alt text, meta tags, structured mark ups, Google connection, and more. Creative Compass also offers monthly SEO services for $100 per month. Check out this brochure for more details.
